Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the case has been registered as Kashipur P.S.Case No.103 of 2022 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 427 & 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the offences as alleged are bailable in nature, the ABLAPL stands dismissed as not maintainable. ( A.K. Mohapatra) Judge RKS
