This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed to quash the circular of Works Department issued by the Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Secretary to Govt. of Works Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (opp. party No.2) vide office Memorandum No.12606 dated 24.12.2012 under Annexure-3 and further to release the amount of Rs.29,16,563/- which was withheld from the petitioner's bills under Annexure-2 by opp. party No.5 alongwith subsequent deductions if any.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No.330 of 2013 and batch (Narendra Ghadei v. State of Odisha and others), which was disposed of vide order dated 25.04.2018 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 25.04.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.330 of 2013 and batch (Narendra Ghadei v. State of Odisha and others), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
