This is an application for restoration of CRLMC No.739 of 2022, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 15th July 2022. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this petition, as the Petitioner has not challenged the order impugned in the aforesaid Criminal Misc. Case before the appropriate forum. 5.

Accordingly, the CRLMA stands dismissed.

However, certified copy of the order impugned in CRLMC No.739 of 2022 under Annexure-2 be returned to the Petitioner on substitution of the true photocopy thereof.
