Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 16th September, 2021 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Rourkela in Civil Suit No.233 of 2016. 3.

Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for further adjournment. On last occasion, i.e., on 1st November, 2022, while adjourning the matter, this Court had made it clear that no further adjournment at the instance of the Petitioner shall be entertained.
