The Writ Petition involves a clandestine attempt by the Petitioner. While getting his own Appeal pending and undisposed of, the Petitioner has approached this Court for passing order of injunction against the Development Authority, which is working on an existing order but involved in Appeal. Nothing prevents the Petitioner from getting interim protection in his Appeal. 3.

This Court, therefore, in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the statutory Appellate Authority to dispose of the Appeal of the Petitioner, vide Appeal No.17 of 2020 at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. The Petitioner is directed to appear before the Appellate
