It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No.6571 of 2016 (State of Odisha v. Lokanath Bhutia), which has been disposed of vide order dated 31.03.2022 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 31.03.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 6571 of 2016 (State of Odisha v. Lokanath Bhutia), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
