1.The Petitioner has madea representation to the State only on 7th September,2022 and that too only after the defect was pointed out by the Registry. He had filed this petition even before making such a representation which is mandatory as per the PIL Rules.

2. Considering that not even two weeks have elapsed since he gave a representation, it is premature for this Court to consider the present petition.It will be however be open to the Petitioner to follow up on his representation and then seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

3. The writ petition is disposed of.
