1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offences alleged are under Secs.302/506/307/34, I.P.C.

2. None appears on call for the Petitioner. Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party is present.

3. Rejection order of the learned trial court reveals that 15 (fifteen) witnesses out of 20 (twenty) charge-sheeted witnesses have already been examined in course of trial.

4. Upon perusal of the materials as produced by Mr. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

5. The BLAPL is dismissed.
