3. The State-petitioners have filed this writ petition to quash the order dated 09.01.2015 passed in O.A. No.2322 of 2014 and batch, by which the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, while quashing the order dated 11.08.2014 passed by opposite party no.4 at Annexure-8 to the said O.A., directed the State-petitioners to consider grant of 2nd/3rd ACP after completion of 25/30 years of service from the date of initial appointment of opposite party no.1 within a period of four months and pay the arrears of pay and pensionary benefits as due and admissible to him within a period of two months thereafter.
4. Against the order dated 09.01.2015 passed by the tribunal in O.A. No.2322 of 2014 and batch, the State approached this Court by preferring W.P.(C) No.9060 of 2016, which has been dismissed vide order dated 05.04.2017. Against the said order, the State

Review petition No.186 of 2017 had been filed under the impression that the present writ petition has been disposed of on 15.12.2017 when the matter was still pending, for which the review petition has been dismissed as not pressed by order dated 15.12.2017. Therefore, the present writ petition, being similar to W.P.(C) No.9060 of 2016, is disposed of in terms of the order passed in the aforesaid writ petition.
