Heard Mr. K. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N. Moharana, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Vigilance).

According to Mr. Pradhan, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the opposite party No.3 in registering the complaint dated 14.07.2022 made under Annexure-1 series which was sent to the said opposite party through registered post as F.I.R. though the same reveals commission of cognizable offences.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Superintendent of Police (Vigilance), Bhubaneswar (opposite party No.3) to cause an enquiry vis-à-vis the above noted complaint and proceed in the matter in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper
