1. Heard Ms. S. Das, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Appellant.

2. The Appellant has prayed for modification of order dated 15.03.2022 by stating that, the Appellant has already deposited 50% of the awarded amount including interest @7%, i.e., Rs.9,82,951.20 paise on 22.10.2021 before the learned Tribunal and as such, the same may be deducted from the entire amount and the Appellant be permitted to deposit the rest 50% amount.

3. Considering the submissions and the fact that 50% of the award amount has already been deposited, the order dated 15.03.2022 is modified to the extent that the Appellant-Insurance Company shall deposit the rest amount of the award as per the direction of

the learned Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today and the expression "Rs.8,14,181/-" mentioned in paragraph 2 of the said order dated 15.03.2022 be corrected as "Rs.14,14,181/-".

4. The I.A. is disposed of.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
