This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

During course of hearing, Mr.J.K. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not want to press this bail application at this stage, as charge-sheet in this case has already been filed. He further submits that he may be granted liberty to move the court below afresh.

Learned counsel for the State does not have any objection to the said prayer.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to move the court below afresh. If the Petitioner files a fresh bail application, the same shall be considered by the court below strictly in accordance with law without being influenced by any other factor. 5.

Granting such liberty, the bail application stands disposed of. 6.
