Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel Order No.

for Petitioner for early disposal of the Demarcation Case pending since 1.06.2022, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Nimapara to dispose of the Demarcation Case at Annexure2 giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned including that of the Petitioner.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
