This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bails to the petitioner. On perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing ABLAPL No.7592 of 2022 which was disposed of by directing the petitioner to surrender and a further direction was given to release to Petitioner on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court below are the magnitude deems it fit and proper. 3.

In such view of the matter, the present bail application is not maintainable. Accordingly, the same is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
