This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

It is submitted that because of financial stringency the petitioner is unable to arrange the required amount to furnish cash security.

Considering the submissions, a lenient view is taken. The condition relating to furnishing cash security of Rs. 50,000/- is hereby modified to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.30,000/- with all other conditions remaining intact. It is further directed that the petitioner shall be allowed to make the deposit in the Court.
