01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "Under the circumstances, it is humbly prayed therefore that, the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs by directing the opp. Party No. 1 to extend the benefits of 2nd revised RACP with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- and 3rd MACP with fixation of pay and all arrear ues in an early date with all consequential and service benefits.

Or pass any other order/orders Hon;ble Court thinks fit and proper;

And allow this writ application with costs."

4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant

// 2 // documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of two weeks hence.

5. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 18749 of 2018 and batch under Annexure-8 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of this representation.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
