None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call. 3.

Mr. Niranjan Singh enters appearance on behalf of Opposite Party Nos.3 to 6 by filing Vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the District Sub-Registrar, Kendrapara not to register the sale deed executed by Opposite Party No.3 in respect of Plot No.762/1433 under Hal Khata No.250/588 to an extent of area Ac.0.660 decimal situated in mouza Gopa in the district Kendrapara. 5.

Mr. Mishra, learned ASC submits that there is already an order of status quo passed in IA No.377 of 2018 (arising out CS No.406 of 2018) pending in the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Kendrapara.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel for Opposite Party Nos.3 to 6 submits that for the self-same case of action, W.P.(C) No.20510 of 2022 has already been filed and an interim order has been passed on 16th August, 2022. Hence, this writ petition is not maintainable.

The matter was last listed on 23rd August, 2022, on which date none had also appeared to pursue the writ petition. Since none appears to pursue the matter today also, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
