The impugned judgment and order dated 23.11.2016 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhadrak in Sessions Trial Case No.73/266 of 2015 is hereby set aside and the appellant is acquitted of the charge under sections 447/323/398 of the Indian Penal Code.
