1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Ms. Sanjibani Mishra, learned Counsel for Opposite Party No. 3, so also Mr. S. K. Samal, learned Counsel for Opposite Party No. 1 & 2-State submit that the Petitioner has already been paid the salary for the month of August, 2019 as prayed in present Writ Petition and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner renders no instruction in the matter.
