Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " to direct the opp. parties to bring the petitioners into regular establishment and regularize the service in view of judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in the case of Nihar Singh Vrs. State of Punjab reported in A.I.R 2013(S.C ) 3547 and another judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Narendra Kumar Tiwari - vrs. State of Jharkhanda reported in A.I.R -2018 (S.C ) 3589 y taking into account their valuable service under the Municipality ad pass such other order as deemed fit at the fag end of the petitioners service life."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.2, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
