Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- i) To set aside the order dtd.28.3.2022 under Annexure-2 passed by the Opp. Party No.1 and direct the followings.

1. Direct the Opp. party No.1 to order the gradation list of the employees under the Opp. Party No.1 by replacing the name of employee Sri Deepak Kumar Panda in Serial No.2 by substituting with the petitoner name under Rule 6(10) © of Odisha Ministerial Service Rule, 2019" 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
