It appears, in the Election Dispute sought to be targeted Order No.

through this Writ Petition, the Petitioner himself moved an application for amendment which was allowed hardly in the middle of June and the Petitioner was directed to serve the consolidated petition on the contesting Opposite Parties with further direction for filing show cause by 11.07.2022. In the process this Court finds, it is too early to target the Election Dispute, when the Petitioner is busy in bringing amendment. While declining to entertain the writ petition this Court grants liberty to the Petitioner to approach at appropriate time. 2.
