The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to reschedule his Loan Account No.OCC01003L maintained with Indusind Bank, Bhubaneswar in respect of vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-05-AM-9342 (Bus).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, the vehicle of the Petitioner bearing Registration No.OD-05-AM-9342 (Bus) has been seized by the Opposite Parties-Bank. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
