A serious allegation is made through this Writ Petition that the application of the Petitioners for demarcation is yet to be entertained by the Tahasildar, Cuttack Sadar, Cuttack. 2.

Considering the allegation of the Petitioners to be a serious one; but however; without entering into such controversies at this stage, this Court disposes of this writ petition with a direction that in the event such demarcation application at the instance of the Petitioners is already on board of the Tahasildar, Cuttack Sadar, same shall be registered forthwith and all effective steps shall be taken for concluding the proceeding within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners, but however involving all the parties concerned.
