Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-3 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition as well as the documents appended in the writ petition within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. It is further directed that if construction work of children park and garden involved herein has not been commenced as of now, there shall be status quo as on date for a period of one month.
