This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for correction/modification of the order dated 7th September, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently a direction has been made to the Chairman, STA, Odisha, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2 to consider the appeal to be filed by the Petitioner. It is his submission that instead of Chairman, STA, Odisha, Cuttack, it should be State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Cuttack.

In view of such submission, it is directed that the words "Chairman, STA, Odisha, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2" be substituted with "State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Cuttack" in the order dated 7th September, 2022. Rest part of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
