This writ petition involves the following prayer:- Order No.

"Therefore, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court would graciously pleased to issue writ to the nature of mandamus directing opposite party No.2 to dispose of the Appeal No.88 of 2002 within a stipulated period as it will be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

And pass any other order / direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case:

A strange allegation is made that though the Consolidation Appeal bearing No.88 of 2002 is admitted and there is completion of appearance of the parties, but such appeal is yet to be disposed of. 3.

Considering the allegation of the Petitioner to be a serious one, this Court observes, if the Consolidation Appeal No.88 of 2002 is still pending before the competent authority, the same shall be disposed of involving all the parties concerned within a period of four months from

// 2 // the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners.
