In the first hour as nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the matter has been passed over. When the matter is called after recess, none appears for the petitioner.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 23.07.2011 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Crl. P. Case No. 343 of 2010 issuing distress warrant and conditional N.B.W. against the opposite party for realization of arrear maintenance dues.

This application has been filed on 06.01.2016 and has not been listed before the Court till today.

Considering the fact that more than 11 years have passed since the impugned order was passed, the application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is deemed to have been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. 5.
