The extension of time is prayed for with regard to the surrender of the petitioner which had been directed to be on or before 16th August, 2022 on the ground that there was a communication gape and the said order could not be intimated in time to him.

For the reason stated, I.A. stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender on or before 30th September, 2022 before the learned Sessions Judge, Rayagada in connection with T.R. No.18 of 2003, in the event of which, he shall released on bail with the execution of bond in compliance of the judgment of this Court CRLA No.505 of 2005.

An urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
