2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "to direct opp. party No.1 to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) as her juniors placed below her in the gradation list have been promoted and the case of the petitioner have been ignored even though she is eligible to be considered for promotion in all respect.

And if petitioner is found eligible for promotion and here case has been ignored for no fault at her end, she should be promoted to the post of CDPO from the date i.e. 6.8.2022 (Annexure-6) on which date her counter parts as well as juniors have been promoted."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and taking into account Annexure-8 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
