This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 15.12.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in paragraph-4 of the order dated 15.12.2022, it has been inadvertently mentioned "S.T. Case No.09/19 of 2021". However, in the bail application, it has been reflected as "S.T. Case No.08/18 of 2021". 5.

In such view of the matter, the expression "S.T. Case No.09/19 of 2021" occurred in the 4th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 15.12.2022 be read as "S.T. Case No.08/18 of 2021".

Rest part of the said order dated 15.12.2022 remains unaltered. 7.

I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
