Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by office order dated 24.01.2022 the authority has proposed to exonerate the petitioner from the charges of the disciplinary proceeding initiated against him only if the case filed by him in Court is completely withdrawn and therefore, he would like to withdraw the writ petition.
