This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Kegaon P.S. Case No.93 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.545 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna, under Section 379 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna, by order dated 14.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the release of the co-accused by order dated 26.08.2022 in BLAPL No.7582 of 2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.

Taking into account, the character antecedents of the petitioner, it is directed that while releasing on bail the learned

Court in seisin over the matter shall stipulate that he shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till conclusion of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
