This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "In the facts and under the circumstances mentioned above, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why land sale Case No.1020 of 2006 pending before the Shree Jagannath temple administration shall not be disposed of with the direction to register the requisite sale deed in respect of the land for which consideration amount has been received in full by the administration.
And if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, make the said Rule absolute by issuing appropriate writ/ writs, direction/ directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper.
And/or pass any other order(s)/ direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper to do complete justice;"

Looking to the prayer made in this Writ Petition, this Court finds strange in the attitude of Public Authorities in keeping such matter pending for over one & half decades. Thus while disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to finalize the dispute involving the Sale Case No.1020 of 2006, if the same is still pending.

The entire exercise shall be completed providing opportunity of hearing to the parties likely to be affected, within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
