This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner is an accused in Mathili P.S. Case No.98 of 2020 arising out of T.R. Case No.67 of 2020, , pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Malkangiri, under Section 20(b)(ii)C/29 of NDPS Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Malkangiri, by order dated 14.12.2021 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that trial has commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2020.

Taking note of the same, learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. In the event trial is not concluded, it shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer.

The BLAPL accordingly stands rejected.
