This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.3 for extension of the lease period for 200 days in respect of Jagdalpur quarry pursuant to agreement of Sairat Source Quarry lease for the period of 2015-16 to 2019-20 under Jharbandh Tahasil in the district of Bargarh. 3.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 28291 of 2020 which has been disposed of vide order dated 21.10.2020 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 21.10.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No. 28291 of 2020, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order by giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application claiming such benefit before the authority concerned within 15 days from today. If the petitioner files such application within the time stipulated, the authority concerned shall consider the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application.
