This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in Andirakancha P.S. Case No.60 dt.29.06.2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.07 of 2022, pending in the file of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Raygada, under Sections 498-A/304-B/306/34 of IPC and Section 4 of D.P. Act.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Raygada, by order dated 08.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that since charge-sheet has been filed inter alia under Section 306 of IPC, further continuance of the petitioners in custody is not warranted. 6.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail, on the ground that trial has already commenced.

Taking note of such submission by learned counsel for the State, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application of the petitioner No.4, the husband and this Court directs petitioner No. 1, 2 & 3 to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
