Considering the oral prayer made by Mr. Agarwal, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court permits Mr. Agarwal, learned counsel for the Petitioner to make necessary correction in the cause title of the writ petition by bringing the Opposite Party Nos.3 & 4 as main contestants to this proceeding. Necessary corrections be made in Court today.

Issue notice on the question of admission.

Since the Opposite Party No.1 will be represented by the learned State Counsel, no notice be issued to it. Let an extra copy of the brief be served on the learned State Counsel within three working days hence.

Notice be issued to the Opposite Party Nos.3 & 4 by way of Speed Post / Registered Post with A.D. fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for issuance of notice shall also be filed within the time stipulated hereinabove.
