This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Dharakote P.S. Case No.161 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.746 of 2022, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Aska, under Sections 376(2)(n)/323/506 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the Additional Sessions Judge, Aska, by order dated 19.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the tenor of the 164 Cr.P.C. statement and submission of the charge-sheet on 31.07.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
