This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.1288 of 2021arising out of Cyber Crime & Economic Offences, Angul P.S. Case No.16 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher, under Sections 419/500/506/507/509/469 of the IPC read with Sections 66(C)/66(D) of the I.T. Act. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Talcher, by order dated 09.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

The consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was during the course of investigation.

The petitioner is at liberty to move the learned Court below after filing of charge sheet. The same shall be considered on its own merits without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
