1. A memo has been filed by learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner stating therein that he does not want to press the present petition and wishes to withdraw the same. The said memo is taken on record.

2. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for in terms thereof.

3. The interim order if any, stands vacated. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
