Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.114 of 2022 (C.T. Case No.56 of 2022), pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Malkangiri, arising out of Malkangiri P.S. Case No.80 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Section 302/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Malkangiri, by order dated 15.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no legally admissible material to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime.

Learned counsel for the State places the statements of one Kamalu Kalapalia and Santosh Khilla, who explicitly described the manner in which the petitioner had committed the offence as alleged.

Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 7.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to move the learned Court in seisin over the matter after examination of material witnesses including Kamalu Kalapalia and Santosh Khilla. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
