For the order involved herein being passed by the Tahasildar in Order No.

a remand proceeding, the Petitioners are to find the revision again, if they are at all aggrieved by the impugned order. 2.

In the circumstance this Court finds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioners this Court permits the Petitioners to approach the competent authority under appropriate provision of law. 3.
