The Petitioner's representation under Annexure-1 series will be examined by the D.G. of Police, Odisha (Opposite Party No.2) and after giving him a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 14th December, 2022. A copy of the order be made available to the Petitioner within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
