This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to lift the restriction imposed on him to operate his Savings Bank Account No. 13917012400 maintained in Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Extension Counter, Choudhury Bazar, Cuttack. 3.
A counter affidavit has been filed by the Opposite PartiesBank, wherein it has been stated at paragraph-28 as under: "That the petitioner should come physically to the Bank for up gradation of the savings account for the fresh Specimen Copy of Manoj Shah in to Manoj Kumar Kedia with new specimen signature before the Bank Authority and his father Ratanlal Shah to Ratanlal Kedia alias Agarwal with changing of address by filling up the prescribed KYC form of bank supported with self attested recent passport size photograph and publication paper in widely circulated newspaper daily English and Oriya language regarding affidavits and indemnity and minimum three years I T Returns with death certificate of his father." 4.
Mr. Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the concerned
// 2 // Branch Manager of Opposite Party No.2 and regularize the discrepancies mentioned therein.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties-Bank submits that he has no objection to the same. 6.
Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner appears before the Branch Manager of Opposite Party No.2-Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., Extension Counter, Choudhury Bazar, Cuttack within a period of ten days hence and regularize the discrepancies as per the averments made in paragraph-28, as quoted above, the Branch Manager of Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to consider the same and allow the Petitioner to operate his Savings Bank Account without making any further delay.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
