This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Mr. C.R. Satpathy has entered appearance on behalf of the informant. Vakalatnama filed by him is taken on record. Name of Mr. Satpathy be reflected in the file as well as in the cause list and CMS of the Court.

The petitioner is an accused in Spl. G.R. Case No.61 of 2022 pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Court under POCSO Act, Cuttack, arising out of Baramba P.S.

Case No.128 of 2022, offence under Sections 363/376(2)n/294/34 of IPC and U/s. 6 of POCSO Act. 5.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Court under POCSO Act, Cuttack by order dated

27.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Statement and medical examination report. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

It shall be open for the petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of the victim.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
