Heard Mr. S. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties 1 to 5 to remove/ demolish the encroachment in front of the petitioner's house as well as other encroachments over Khata No. 192, Mouza-Allarpur, P.S-Kandarpur, Cuttack. 4.

In view of the above prayer made by the petitioner, it is open to him to approach the appropriate common law forum by ventilating his grievance.
