Since the role of the Tahasildar is very much essential in this Order No.
proceeding, the Court considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioners permits the learned counsel for Petitioners to bring the concerned Tahasildar to the fold of the Writ Petition by making necessary corrections in the cause title of the Writ Petition in Court today.

It appears, there is pendency of similar allegation before the Collector, Khurda as well as the Tahasildar, Balianta. This Court, therefore, directs the Collector, Khurda and the Tahasildar, Balianta to look into the grievance of the Petitioners in their representations vide Annexures-3 & 4 and do the needful involving the representatives of the group of persons represented.

The entire exercise shall be completed at least within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioners.
