This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

This is an application for modification of order dated 20.05.2022 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.6793 of 2021. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioenr submits that the case number has been wrongly mentioned as 'T.R. Case No.71 of 2021' instead of 'T.R. Case No.71 of 2020'. Accordingly, prayer has been made to correct the same.

Considering the submission made, learned counsel for the Petitioenr is permitted to correct the cause title of the bail application in Court today.

In para-4 of order dated 20.05.2022, the case number reflected as 'T.R. Case No.71 of 2021' instead of 'T.R. Case No.71 of 2020'. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.
