This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 09.09.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this case relates to Subalaya P.S. Case No. 135 of 2021, but inadvertently in the cause title of the application, the year of the said P.S. Case has been mentioned as '2022' and the G.R. Case number has been inadvertently mentioned as '135 of 2022' instead of '572 of 2021'.

After hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, it is ordered that in the cause title,

// 2 // Subalaya P.S. Case No. 135 of 2022 shall be read as Subalaya P.S. Case No.135 of 2021 and G.R. Case No. 135 of 2022 shall be read as G.R. Case No. 572 of 2021. It is made clear that the order dated 09.09.2022 has been passed in connection with Subalaya P.S.

Case No.

of which corresponds to G.R. Case No. 572 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Birmaharajpur. The date of surrender as fixed in the order dated 09.09.2022 is extended till the end of October 2022. With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 09.09.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
